2. What data we process

We only process the data you submit yourself through the application form:

• name
• email address
• phone number (if provided)
• message content (including the child's age or institution name, if you include them)

3. How we use the data

Application form data is sent through the XDA form relay and stored in a customer request system (CRM) solely to reply to your application and discuss lessons or cooperation. The data is not used for marketing and is not shared with third parties, except where required by law.

4. Site chat

The site offers an automated chat assistant. It only processes the text entered during the conversation in order to prepare a reply. No account is needed, and you do not have to enter personal data in the chat — if you do, it is processed only to prepare the reply.

5. Cookies and payments

The site does not use marketing or tracking cookies. There is no cart and no online payments — no payment information is collected.

6. Data retention

We keep application data only as long as needed to handle your request and the related communication. After that the data is deleted.

7. Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) you have the right to request access to your data, its correction or deletion, and to object to processing — by writing to info@xda.lv. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Latvian Data State Inspectorate (www.dvi.gov.lv).

8. Changes to this policy

The policy may be updated from time to time. The current version is always published on this page together with the update date.
